Steps to Determine Website Credibility

There seems to be a lot of "resources" out there that describe steps that a user can take to dtermine the credibility of a given website's information.  I'm looking to see if anyone has aggregated a common list of things a user can do to establish this credibility.  Thanks!

Well, I can't say that I have stumbled upon anything like this in the past, but it seems that if something like this exists anywhere, it would be here!  Maybe we can get something going here on the forum?
